A meeting between the Client and CIC team to determine what kind of services is needed for the pre-opening and/or training.

Schedule a date for the pre-opening and 
set a training period.

On-the-job training in our existing outlets/stores or on the Site to give accurate experiences upon opening.

PRESENTATION
